Xano is a foreign brand name for Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax, the 2 on it indicates that it is a 2mg tablet. This is a Benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, irritability and headache.

Is there anything else I can help with?

I take xanax for anxiety also but recently received pills similar but it says ONAX and are a lot bigger than the xanax I'm use to taking. I also am not sure of the change or if they work as well or anything , one thing I do know is they are changing the look and imprints on all narcotic medication due to people selling their medication on the streets and due to teenagers overdosing on them. If the pharmacy gave them to you, I'm sure they are the real thing!
