Lo Loestrin Fe 21 Day Pack

This is the first month I started taking the Lo Loestrin Fe. It is a "21 day" pack. so I just finished my third week or 21st day yesterday. Should I be getting my period today or within the week? When do I start my new pack? I am especially concerned about when I should start the new pack if I don't start my period. I don't want to go too many days without taking it.

as soon as you've finished the last pill in your pack you should start the next pack

You should start the new pack on the 29th day, so you don't take any pills for a week.

You should get your period within 2 or 3 days of finishing the active pills.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, breakthrough bleeding and PMS-like symptoms.
