Found 4 small light yellow oblong pills under my 15 year son's bed. Does any body know what these pills are?

No, I'm sorry, but I've tried searching for this in our various U.S. prescription drug resources, even altering the imprint and I can't find any listings for anything close to this.

This leads me to suspect that it is an over the counter item, although there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.

Have you asked your son about them?

Does anyone recognize this tablet?

Naproxen 500 mg which I was prescribed. You need to find out why your son is taking these because this potency is through a prescription only I am told.
