Light Blue Oval C S 2 Pill

An oval light blue perhaps grey pill will c on one side and s 2 on the other. What is this and why is it taken?

Unfortunately, the closest match I've been able to find is a light blue, round pill, with the imprint M over S2 (which is divided by a score). This pill contains (50 mg) of Sertraline; which is used for a number of conditions including: major depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), panic disorder and social phobia (social anxiety disorder). It has also been used for premature ejaculation and vascular headaches but evidence of the effectiveness in treating those conditions is less robust.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and weight changes.
