Lexamil 5mg,cilift 20mg,lozaan 50mg

Hi please advise
I am currently using lozaan 50mg for hypretension. Was taking lexamil 5mg for 6 days but felt horrible. Had pain in the chest and sleepless nights but was tired the whole day. I stopped taking the lexamil. About a year ago I had a very big op and was in hospital for five months. No hypertension medication was given as BP was normal. I was on cilift though. Can I use cilift 20mg with the lozaan 5mg and what would the side effects be. Thank you
