Long term use of Levocetirizine

I am suffering from chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU) since 2005 and taking Levocetirizine 5mg every alternate day. Is there any possibility of serious side effect as i am taking it for long time? Can levocetirizine increase symptoms of glaucoma?

I have been taking Xyzal (levocetirizine dihydrochloride) along with ornidazole 500mg + ofloxacin 200mg for four days now to treat a UTI. I have also been on diamox and slow-k., along with drulatan and brimopress eye drops for my open-angle glaucoma. However, my eye pressure just keeps increasing since I started the treatment for the urinary tract infection. Could any of the antibiotics or the levocetirizine be causing it? Thanks.

My wife suffering with chest pain alternate days in the morning , to get her calm down taking Levocertirize .
