I want to know of this tablet uses and side effects. I am suffering from asthma.

I have been an asthmatic patient since 4 years old. I am now 63 years old.
On a visit to India I was prescribed this tablet - 1 at night.
I have found much relief with this tablet.
Is this available in South Africa and by what name ?
