Would like to hear from people who take Levatol for a long period of time ## Hello, June! How are you? The FDA classifies Levatol as a beta blocker and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension. Long-term use affects may include kidney stones, gout, weight gain and liver damage, but they are all very rare. How long have you been taking it?

what is the best replacement for levatol? ## Hello, Frances! How are you? I'm not a doctor, so I can't say with certainty, but I think the closest may be Labetalol. It's uses and typical side effects are very similar, as listed by the FDA, and may include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and hypotension. Has your doctor suggested any particular medication? ## What is the difference between Labetalol and Metropol 25mg ?

I'm sorry, but there is no listing of pharmacies according to what medications they have in stock that I can refer to for you. If you're having that much trouble finding it, you may be better served to speak with your doctor about prescribing an alternative medication, such as Labetalol. It treats the same conditions and the side effects are similar, as listed by the FDA, and may include nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension and increased urination. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I am also looking for the drug levatol 20mg. Does the drug labetolol. have the same or like properties as...

How are you? The main issue with adding the olive leaf extract is that it may make your blood pressure go too low, so you do need to be very careful and should only use it, if your docto...

I am also71yrs old and have been taking levatol 20 mg for 12yrs , can a person wean off of levatol after taking it for 12yrs ## Hello, June! How are you doing? It really depends, if it's the only thing that's keeping your blood pressure down, then it wouldn't be safe to stop taking it. There is no cure, per se, for high blood pressure, it can only be controlled, though some people do so with diet and exercise. But it is a condition you have to keep under control for life. What are you current blood pressure and heart rate levels? Have you discussed stopping the medication with your doctor? This medication is a beta blocker and its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension. ## Can levatol be taken with olive leaf extract ,if they are taken a few hou...
