I took these drugs for 10 days. How long does it take to get out of system? ## Well, these drugs get out of your system rather quickly, just a few days. However, if you are still experiencing negative effects from them, then this is probably due to Side Effects of Levaquin, which can be devastating and take a long time to resolve- if they ever do.

just wondering if nitrofuran monohyd is the same as levaquin and is it any more effective than Cipro? ## No, it is not the same. Levaquin contains Levofloxacin, which is different than the Nitrofurantoin. The Cipro and Levaquin are much more similar, because Cipro contains Ciprofloxacin. There is really no way to say that one is more effective than any other. It depends on the type of infection being treated, the severity of it and the person's response to any given antibiotic. 500mg by Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, prescribed for severe sinus infection. ## I think there is a listing for Cipro Tendonitis is small with these drugs, the damaging effects can be lifelong and disabling. Every single person that I have spoken to who has been damaged by these drugs told me If I'd have only known what it could do, I would have never taken it. Well, now you know. ## Anyone considering taking Levaquin please DON'T. The side affects are real an can ruin your life. I'm only saying this to help others because it has ruined mine!

I found a pill on my floor. It is an oblong light peach color with the imprint of W or M depending on how you hold it and on the other side it says 575. I believe it might be my levaquin or levofloxin? I couldn't find one exactly like it on the web. ## Hello, Vicki! How are you? Is the marking possibly W 545? Could taking levaquin possibly have caused my arthritis to flare up worse than it ever has? ## After looking at all the possible side effects associated with Levaquin (Levofloxacin), I think there is a high chance that it did cause your arthritis to flare up. On April 14th, 2012, my marriage was as perfect as I ever though a marriage could be- in fact, I was surprised almost every day by another facet to the magic that was our lives together. Is it okay to take Butal Caf Apap Cod Cap along with Levaquin and 4 mg.of Warafin ? ## Has your doctor advised you to take them together? The main issue is that the amount of Acetaminophen you take in a day, when on Warfarin, has to be closely monitored and limited to less than 2,000mgs a day, due to the fact that it can increase your risk of bleeding.

I was prescribed Levaquin by my primary care doctor for bronchitis. My feet started hurting within the first day, the tendons on the top of my feet, from my ankles to my toes. Four days later, they had been hurting nonstop, I went to get a free orthopedic screening, at the rehab in my health club. They said my pain was probably due to tendon pain caused by my high arches, high domes on my feet, and my shoes. They recommended icing my feet, massage and ibuprofen. Meanwhile I continued my antibiotic not connecting it, at all. A couple days later one thumb, then the other started hurting. I knew this wasn't my shoes. sinus infection ## You may want to think twice about taking Levaquin for a sinus infection. The Side Effects of Levaquin, while rare, can be permanently disabling even after just a few doses. And sinus infections are RARELY due to bacteria- they are much more frequently due to fungal infections which antibiotics will not help anyway. Talk to your doctor and find out how he knows that your sinus infection is NOT due to a fungal infection before you commit to taking something with such dangerous side effects.

can i take tanganil in the morning and levaquin at night? ## can i yake tanganil in the morning and levaquin at night? ## Are you referring to the amino acid supplement Tanganil? AS a supplement, it's side effects and interactions as not checked, even with other medications. You should discuss this with your doctor or pharmacist. Some supplements and other medications do not mix. Does your doctor know you are using these?

Depending on your doctor, your prescription should have instructions on it it.
