Assuming that you are referring to the tablet, Lentogesic contains the active ingredients Paracetamol + Dextropropoxyphene + Glutamine + Pemoline.

Lentogesic Syrup contains Acetaminophen + Codeine Phosphate + Promethazine Hydrochloride

Other than this information, I was unable to find precise dosing details, and I'm thinking that is because the manufacturer of Lentogesic in South Africa stopped producing drugs that contain Dextropropoxyphene (drug information was likely taken down because of this):
