Level Of Oxy In Your System

TOOK 1 PERCOCET ON SAT, HAD DRUG SCREEN WED AND MY LEVEL WAS 196 NG/ML. WHY WOULD MY LEVEL BE SO HIGH?

There are many things that can affect it, such as your individual metabolism, the dosage, your activity levels, fluid intake, overall health and etc.

Most narcotics, including the Oxycodone in Percocet, are detectable for about 4 days, after taking them, on standard urine tests.

Do you know what the dosage was? How often were you taking it, before that? Are you dehydrated?

Not sure of the dosage, but I was dehydrated. I accidently took the percocet and have never taken before.

Then the dehydration would be my guess, it tends to make everything in your body seem more concentrated. If you notice your urine, when your dehydrated, it tends to be a much darker color, than it is when you're not.

Your body starts trying to hold on to fluids and electrolytes, to protect itself and processes everything much slower.
