Hi donny,

You are correct. The imprint "LCI 1355" is identified as being Hydromorphone hydrochloride (8 mg). Dilaudid is a brand name of Hydromorphone. I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, however this specific pill is Manufactured by Lannett Company, Inc.

NOTE: If you follow the link below to the manufacturer's webpage, you can download the company's full color product catalog (including photos of the pills):

I hope this helps!

I recently had a severe problem with kidney stones. 2 that were 9 mm and one 12 mm. This was the most severe pain I have ever experienced and the hospital gave me this med through I. V. While hospitalized and a prescription for it when I was released to go home until the next procedure two days later. It was definitely a life saver and if it weren't for the relief from the med I wouldn't have been able to leave the hospital at all. Obviously this drug is for the most severe pain and I wouldn't recommend anyone taking it for longer than truly needed. With that said it is a wonderful pain reliever and was the only thing that even came close to allowing me to finally get rest and relieve the utter misery I was in. Hope this helps anyone who r ads this. I had no kidney stones could be such a big deal but with stones too large to pass even though a stint it at least makes it bearable even if for a short time.
