The only listed contra-indication is an allergy or sensitivty to the ingredients. Since this is a supplement, side effects are not known or studied. If this is not manufactured at all in India, what other capsule or tablet is manufactured in India with equivalent ingredients? ## I'm sorry, but since we are based in the U.S., I am not sure where you could obtain it in India. Applie vinegar is claimed to help with allergies, high cholesterol and acne. L-Carnitine is said to help prevent or treat heart disease. L-Lysine commonly used to treat mouth ulcers and those caused by herpes or shingles. However, none of them are actually proven to help with anything, since they are just over the counter supplements.
