Kondro Acute / Cartishine

my mother having joint pain in knee ( left leg )
doctor suggested to take KONDRO ACUTE .. but medical shop fellow suggested to take cartishine tablets .
1. which one is better
2. doctor suggested to take these tablets for 6 months -- is it ok
3.when these tablets should take - when ever we get pain in knee or daily ?
4. what are the side effects of these

am arun age 25 got acl ligament surgery for my left knee on dec 17 for one month am doing physotherpy during that time i have been using vitamin tab for one month .but after one month docter suggested me to take tab:DOLONEURON NT and KONDRO ACUTE and i dont have any health problems and doc suggested me use it for 4weeks is it ok .plzzz send me rply sir .
venkat, the Kondro Acute contains the medication Diacerein, which is used as an anti-inflammatory, but it also contains 2 other ingredients that are actually just supplements and not proven to help.
The Cartishine only contains the Diacerein, which is the actual medication that's proven to help.
