I want to know the side effects from taking Klonopin and possible side effects? ## I was prescribed Kolonopin in 1996 after a trauma head surgery.I started having panick attacks.My father had passed away the next day and that added to it.But I had a brain wave test and it showed one side of my brain was working slower than the other side.So due to the trauma and my father I started have panick attacks.It has also a tiny bit of pain medicine in it I was told but nothing you notice.It was a long process but in 2004 I had been forgetting to take them and found wow..No panick attacks.I am fine now and do not need Kolonopin anymore.The generic name is called Clanazapam.I hope I helped you. :) ## uses for anixety (panic attacks, etc.) or epilepsy (however you spell it). ## Drs often use drugs...

I took these drugs only one day ago and do not think they are helping. Should I call my doctor? I was on Xanax. ## Yes I would definitely call your doctor to find out how long before the meds start to take effect - sometimes different prescriptions take days to start working. I would also read the full information page on Klonopin and get a list of the side effects to see if you are having any of them... ## i use clonazepam regularly instead of xanax because it is less of a rollercoaster effect, it takes about 40 minutes to an hour to hit desired effect and last around 6-7 hours for me. i found xanax to be short and sweet. depending on your xanax dosage the clonazepam might not be doing equal effect, and also you wont notice the intense slow down from xanax as you do with clonazepam, it...

do klonopin come in the color purple ## It is hard to say, there are no regulations in the prescription drug industry regarding color of the tablets, the manufactures can make them any color that they wish. What is it given for exactly? ## The reason you are having trouble finding it is because you have the name wrong, it is Klonopin and there was another brand name Colotopin. It is Clonazepam, a benzodiazepine used to slow down the central nervous system to treat nerve and anxiety disorders. Here's the monograph link with more information:

known information, drug appearance ## Sorry, there is no way to possibly list the appearance of every Klonopin pill that is on the market in the US. The reason for this is because once a medication is available for generic production, as this one is, there are no proprietary guidelines for how it has to look at any dosage, any company that makes it can make it look anyway they wish. The only guidelines in the US are that each pill must have a unique imprint that will enable identification of the dosage and manufacturer of that pill in case of emergency.
