Knee Pain Medicines

i have severe knee pain last about last 1 month consulted the doctor he has prescribes ROTEC75 am taking the medicine but i think medicine is giving me giddiness and headache.Please advise should i continue to take medicine or go for some other BLOOD/URINE tests

I have been presctibed Pandodac 4mg by my doctor for
knee pain.I am suffering from ostoartratis.
I have been advised to take Pantodac 4mg twice a day for
15 days now.Does it give any side affect?
