This is Phenylephrine 5mgs and Acetaminophen 500mgs, a generic version of a cold remedy that will also reduce fever and help with body/joint aches.
It is manufactured by PDK labs, this is an Over the Counter med, similar to various cold remedies like Sudafed and etc.
