The pill in description marked K 10 is Hydroxyzine HCL (10 mg).

Hydroxyzine is used primarily as an antihistamine for the treatment of itches and irritations, an antiemetic for the reduction of nausea, as a weak analgesic by itself and as an opioid potentiator, and as an anxiolytic for the treatment of anxiety.

Re: David (# 1)

What is the difference between these two tablets -- hydrodroxzine HCL, dyless, 10 mg tab with "K10" typed on front and hydrodroxzine HCL, dyless, 10 mg tab with "A" on front side and "75" typed on back side?
