Isoxilan On A 34th Week Pregnancy

Im on my 34th week of pregnancy and i was advised to bedrest for 2weeks to avoid premature labor.im about to report for work this coming monday but today i have experienced little spotting.one, earlier this morning and another one this night.im taking utrogestan to be taken inside my vagina twice a day for about a month now.isoxilan was prescribed by my ob to be taken if needed.my check up is two days from now.should i take it now before my check up or should i wait?im afraid id give birth this early.its not the right time yet since my due is on nov 27.one more thing,tomorrow is holiday so i cant go for a checkup.pls help.
