When do mommy's take an isoxilan tablet? As i've heard mommy can only take the medicine if she feels pain..But the doctor says take it 3x a day? Should i take it during if i feel pain or just take it 3x a day coz the OB gyne prescribed it?

Isoxsuprine is used to relax the uterus and smooth muscles, therefore, it is intended to be taken to prevent premature labor.

Thus, you should take it 3 times a day, just as your doctor prescribed. Otherwise, if you are having a problem that causes the risk of premature labor, by the time you are feeling the pain, it could be too late to take it and stop you from going into labor early.

Most medications work best when they are in the body, in a regular, steady level.

Hi, i was rushed to the er last night because i experienced bleeding. Then my ob suggested I have an ultrasound and diagnosed me with iup or intrauterine pregnancy. That makes me very worried because the ob said that my baby has only a 50/50 chance. How come that happened? Before i left the er she gave me duphaston and isoxilan tablets, but up till now i've experienced spotting. I hope it will stop because im very scared. I'm on my 3rd pregnancy now. Is anyone else experiencing this? Can you pls help me?
