Belladonna Alkaloid + Phenobarbital is usually used to treat grastro-intestinal disorders (such as cramping and spasms of the stomach and intestines). It may also be used as an anticonvulsant and to decrease the amount of acid formed in the stomach, but I haven't found any specific details regarding its use for nausea and vomiting.

Have you considered looking into any natural alternatives to treat these symptoms?
