It is an antibiotic, it contains Amoxicillin with Clavulanic Acid, however, no it is not usually used to treat MRSA as it is usually resistant to this class of antibiotics.


The most commonly used now is Vancomycin.

No, this drug is not effective against most of the strains of mrsa. It is the best to traeat mrsa with NEZKIL (Linezolid), which is marketed in Pakistan in full range i.e.600mg infusion and tablet, 400mg tablet, 200mg infusion and 100mg/5l suspension.
