Inj Astymin M Or Inj Astymin 3 Iv - 1 Drip

Hi, I am in my 35th week of my pregnancy and the amniotic fluid level from my scan report on the 34th week was measured as 7.9. Subsequently my doctor had suggested to take a drip of Inj. Astymin M or Inj. Astymin 3 through Iv and i was told that this drip is to improvise the fluid level for a comfortable delivery, but i am worried now since one of my neighbours told me that taking this drip might have reactions in my body such as irritation and swollen throat, breathing discomforts, skin allergy etc..hence risky (their niece had suffered these problems during her delivery).
It would be great if i can get this clarified through any of your experience / expertise.

The Astymin infusions are actually nutritional supplements, there are some cases where the lack of proper nutrition, such as vitamins, minerals and amino acids could cause dangers to the baby and a low level of amniotic fluid.

The ingredients are listed as:

L- arginine hydrochloride 8 mg, glycine 10 mg, L-histidine hydrochloride 4 mg, L-isoleucine 5.5 mg, L-leucine 12.3 mg, L-methionine 7.1 mg, L-phenylalanine 8.7 mg, L-threonine 5.4 mg, L-tryptophan 1.8 mg, L-valine 6.1 mg, L- lysine hydrochloride 22.3 mg, sorbitol 50 mg/1 mL

There is nothing here that should cause the problems she had, unless she was allergic to something it it and that does sound like what her reaction was, an allergy.

Thus, the chances of you suffering from the same allergy is pretty slim.

Hi. I am 24 years old and 32 weeks pregnant. My amibnotic fluid index level is 6.8 and i am taking astamin-3. Is there any harm to my baby with this low levels of aminotic fluid index levels?

I am 24 years old now and 31 weeks pregnant. My lmp date and edd date was varying from starting i.e lmp 14/7/17 edd 20/4/18. In the scan there is a 1 week lag and my baby has less fluid i.e 6, and breech, and dolicosophaly oligohydramions dopler is normal, nsd is also normal. Is there any problem? Is it a long headed baby?
