I am 45 years old some time my BP 160 100 / and two time my BP 180 100

Doctor suggest Amlodphin 5 mg and bayscard 5 mg

Now my BP is well and good but I need to use this medicine regularly ?

No my BP is correct but I am feeling very relaxed and tired this is any problem or just my feelings ? Becuse I feel changing Please inform
