How long before the drug, Nitrofur-Macr 100mg begins to take effect? How taken three doses and still no relief from pain or lightning of urine.

It can vary from person to person depending on your response to the medication and the severity of the infection, so it may take 3 days, or so.

Learn more Nitrofurantoin details here.

If you don't see any improvement soon, you should contact your doctor, as it may not be the right medication to help you.

Has there been any improvement?
