Neuroforte is just a vitamin supplement, which contains Cyanacobalamin, a form of Vitamin B12. While this is a vital nutrient to the body and a deficiency in it can cause problems, it is doubtful that it is causing your issues and will help with them.

Are you still taking blood pressure medications?

It sounds like you may be experiencing orthostatic hypertension:

It happens when any sudden movements, such as sitting, standing, walking and etc. cause a sudden drop in blood pressure and your body is having trouble compensating for it. Some blood pressure medications can cause this as a side effects, as well as other illnesses or problems, like dehydration.
