Doctor prescribed Imdur for my Dad as he got heart attack. But he was getting severe headache once he started this. So i went to doctor and told the same and he told to stop using imdur. Is this fine if he discontinues using this. What are the disadvantages of discontinuing this pill ## my dr put me on isosorb mono 60mg generic for imdur it is giving me a headache i cannot bear and i have had headachesfor two weeks since i stoped i have got to have some relive thank you ## A headache can be a common side effect of Imdur, along with nausea, dizziness, flushing, and hypotension. The terrible headaches are the most common reason people discontinue it, but be careful to only do so, if your doctor approves. Is there anything I can help with?

to help chest pain ## wanting to understanding what this mediaction dose for me. and if it helps chest pain and or anziety and pania disorder ## I realy would like to know a hole lot about this drug. It was just percriped to me 06/19/05 for chest pain. Sir, My father 67 yrs old, Diabetic has undergone Heart Bypass Surgery on Feb 9 2011, It is almost 2.5 month and now he is under medication of Cardio Surgeon and Cardio Consultant. He is taking tablets of Imdur 60, Clopivas AP 150, Atrolip 40, Carloc 6.25, Ativan 2, Cardoc H 2.5, Meclizide M, Zolfresh. He is having chronic problem of shievring and Hot Hit inside his body. The Doctors have keep on changing his medication but no improvement. When should isosorbide mono er be taken, morning or night? ## Hello, Donnie! How are you? Did your doctor provide any specific instructions? In most cases, they prefer it to be taken in the morning, so it can control your symptoms during the time of day that you will be most active and likely to experience more of them. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including headache, nausea, flushing and sensation of warmth.

I've had a bypass in July 2013 & an angioplasty with one stent as my angina pain still persisted.. Even after all this my angina pain has not yet gone.. in fact I get it on rest too. I take Renolaz 500 three times a day.. Along with Betaloc 30 2ice a day, Flavedon MR 35 mg, Imdur 30 2ice a day, Ecosprin 75mg 1ce a day. Can you plz help me relive my pain and also what further treatment do u advice..Thx

My father is having BP since 4+ years,he is TB Cured person(No Sugur). Why this Imdur 30 and how long ? ## i am taking ELTROXIN 25mg(THYROXINE SODIUM) early morning at wake up.i am also taking IMDUR -30. can i take both medicines at wake up?

I was given a RX for Imdur 60 mg tab ex release. When refilled the pill is different with a place to cut in meddle is there a difference? ## What are the markings on the tablet? I undergone Bypass in Feb'12, but continued having chest pain even after bypass. Drs advised me for REDO CABG since (notices in angiography) one of the arteries (removed from chest) grafted has clogged therefore not catering blood flow of all blocked arteries. I refused for REDO Bypass, therefore Drs prescribed the following medicines Imdur 60 mg-half tab , Seloken XL 25 Mg 2 tab (M & E), Clopilet 75 mg 1 Tab, Crestor 10 mg 1 Tab, Ecosprin 75 mg 1 Tab . Can some one advise me how long these medicines to be taken. Is there better option with min. of side effect of this medicines.
