This tablet is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 875mgs of Amoxicillin and 125mgs of Clavulanic Acid, it is a generic for Augmentin, which is an antibiotic that is used to treat various types of bacterial infections.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, non-allergic skin rash, and headache.
