There are three different pills. One is round in shape with the numbers 44 438 on one side only.
The second one isround on shape on one side there are the letters F, L, and the number 20 on the flip side.
The last one is oval shape, with the word watson and the number 385.

44 438.... is it green in colour? green is 1mg klonopin, different colouirs are different dosages.

Watson 385 is 10mg hydrocodone 325mg tylenol..

To add an FYI: Tablets with the number 44 followed by three additional numbers are not Klonopin, or any other type of prescription medication. They are over the counter products. They are manufactured by LNK international, and they do not manufacture prescription products.

The one with the 44 438 marking contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen in a dye free formulation. It is a generic for Advil, and is commonly used to treat pain, fever, and headache. Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.



The tablet with the FL 20 marking is a 20mg Lexapro tablet, which contains the active ingredient Escitalopram. It is an SSRI antidepressant that is used to treat various mental health disorders. NDC: 00456-2020

Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood changes, and weight changes.

That tablet with the WATSON 385 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic analgesic. NDC:00591-0385

It carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

Anhydrous Lactose
Croscarmellose Sodium
Crospovidone
Magnesium Stearate
Cellulose, Microcrystalline
