I'm On Suboxone Now For Over A Year And A Half And I Am Having Problems With My Withdrawal Symptoms Coming Back.

I am prescribed 3 8 MG tablets a day, which most of the time I only take one maybe two depending on how early I wake up and how late I go to sleep. I am also on Kps for my anxiety and Lexapro 20 MG for my depression. This past month I got my tablets filled the day after Thanksgiving, which was Black Friday (UGH) and I have been feeling horrible off of them ever since. Could I have received a bad batch of pills? I know they are discontinuing them and we will be on strictly strips from here on out, or could it be that no matter how many I take I have reached my ceiling effect already this soon?? I am hoping that I have not reached this b/c I am having to take anywhere now from 3-4 a day sometimes b/c I feel that bad if I do not take more. I will have to switch to methadone if this continues, because I am seeking a solution to my addiction not trying to take a bunch of Suboxone so I can struggle to get off them when the time comes. Also I have one more 90 count refill before I go back to my doctor he always writes me three refills for 90 pills or strips. I think i=I may try the strips my next refill which is about 15-22 days away and if they do not work then when I go back to my doctor should I tell him whats going on to see if he can prescribe me something else like methadone for my addiction or subutex? And I can get him to see me only a month instead of three in case what he writes me does not work. ANy websites with medications I can talk to him about that will help with addiction is greatly appreciated. Suboxone was my miracle b/c I was shooting up all day everyday and now I am clean and going to College for my BA in Applied Behavioral Science with a minor in Psychology and maybe even study Sociology as well I love it all. I have to have my medication to do my work or I'm screwed. 26 female freaking out!! Help me PLEASE!! HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU GUYS SOON. Hi! I take the strips & they work great! U need 2 have a routine of taking ur meds at same time everyday, it does help.I think u may be takin 2 much suboxone but i also heard some antidepressants work against it! so i suggest doin a lil homework 4 urself cuz these drs really cant be trusted! Thats why most of us r addicted in the 1st damn place!!! checkout heretohelp.com good luck

You posted this a long time ago but I'm curious how things went for you. I'm on Suboxone myself. 8mgs a day but I was up to 16. I'm having trouble with focus and concentration now and am miserable all the time. The Docs are saying I might need anti depressants and ADD meds like Ritalin or Dexadrine. I'm worried about new controlled substances becoming a new problem. H wasnt my problem, Oxy was. But I get the all.day everyday thing. Got up to 25-30 perks a day with 6-10 20mg quick release Oxys to kick em up per day also. Not good. Don't want to be living by the pill bottle again. If you get this I hope you're doing well and are still clean. Actually it's been so long that I hope you've got.all those degrees you were working on and you're out there helping people like you seemed to be working toward.

Hi, I know this is an older post, but, I wanted 2 reply. I'm on 3(8 mg) suboxone everyday 2. And, I also take klonopin 4 my anxiety and meds 4 depression. Never had a problem with any of my meds. U have 2 Yale them at the same time each day. (As lavon said) get yourself on a schedule. I take the films and they work great! They dissolve much faster than the pills. Just 2 let u know, Drs can't prescribe methadone 4 addiction , only 4 pain. U would have 2 go 2 a clinic. It's the law. Kind of stinks, but, can't do anything about it. Good Luck with school and your career. Also, hope u can get on a schedule and it works out 4 u. Let us know how u r doing.
