Given ilvtrim tablets after having a runny stomach, two tablets every two hours as written on the packet . is this normal . am afraid of overdosing myself

Hi. My child has been coughing and had stomach issues (going to the toilet now and then). I took her to the doctor and she was given ilvitrim, pectrolyme, docsed syrup for coughing and a multivitamin; but since I checked the side effects for ilvitrim on the pack, I wanna know that it's not gonna give her more problems?
