Hello, I have been on suboxone and recently my doctor prescribed me neurontin... Will I feel the neurontin or will the suboxone just block them out? Thanks!

Verwon Says:

Neurontin is not an opiate, so the Suboxone won't block it. It is actually classified by the FDA as an anticonvulsant that can help with certain types or nerve pain and some mood disorders.

Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and weight gain.

You should not take them both, unless your doctor is aware that you are taking both and has specifically instructed you to do so, because it may be dangerous, if your doctor isn't monitoring you carefully and hasn't adjusted the dosages.

Is there anything else I can help with?

Verwon is spot on neurontin willnot give you any euphoric sensation taken with or without the use of Suboxone however the combination may have detrimental effects on your system that are certainly not desirable.
