Yes, Cheratussin-AC contains Codeine and Guaifenesin, it is most commonly used to treat severe cough.

As to the interactions, there are many possible medications that it can cause interactions with, so I can't possibly list them all. Are there any specific ones that you need to know about?

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.
