Ibunate is just another name brand for the NSAID Ibuprofen, used to treat pain and swelling.

Common side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

Hi. I had a pacemaker inserted in July. The pacemaker has recently begun to push up into the skin. It looks like the skin is conforming to the mold of the pacemaker. My physician put me on ibunate to "stop the swelling", however, there is no swelling. What can I do?
