Isoxsuprine Horsedose

Dear sir,
please advice me the oral dose rate of isoxsuprine for equine laminitis and also how long i have to administer this medicine?Is it advisable to give omeprazole/ranitidine etc inorder to avoid stomach irritation in horse?
