Based on my research there are drug interactions found between Methocarbamol and the Codeine inside of Iophen-C NR (codeine + guaifenesin).

Information I was able to gather states the following, regarding this interaction:

"Central nervous system and/or respiratory depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that cause these effects, especially in elderly or debilitated patients."

"During concomitant use of these drugs, patients should be monitored for potentially excessive or prolonged CNS and respiratory depression"

Due to this interaction, I would recommend discussing the safety of taking Methocarbamol + Codeine with your doctor.
