Hi after six weeks checkup my daughter tested negative, before she was using Nevirapine. Now they gave her the ilvitrim suspension. I just wanna know that they are working the same because I'm still breastfeeding her.

Hi. How safe is Ilvitrim for my baby girl who's 6 weeks old? She was HIV negative at the Hospital and they gave her a Neverapin. After six weeks I'm supposed to take her to the Clinic, then they'll change her to Ilvitrim. I just want to know if it's ok for her? They say i must continue to give her medication as long as I'm still breastfeeding her.

I am HIV positive and my baby is almost 5 weeks old & on nevirapine. He just started having a skin (facial) rash, so I wanna know if it means he's also HIV positive or what? I am worried and scared. I've been taking my arv's and giving him his syrup everyday at the same time.
