I Need A Pain Medicine Dr. In Nw Penna.
UpdatedI had been on Oxycodone 30mg since Dec 2012. I was in the hospital this spring for pneumonia and a blood clot in my lungs. And I was in between Dr.s. Last week I went to see another Pain Dr. He did a full history, and then said I can't help you. You are out of my league. so he sent me out without any medicine. I knew I was going to go through withdrawals, but that was the least of my worries.. I was more afraid of the pain then the withdrawal. I live In Meadville Penna. It is closer to Erie. I NEED a Dr. that will prescribe the oxies 30mg. They are the only pills that don't make me sick. I can't do the shots because I almost died when they tried to do the shots. But the other problem I have is, I have arthritis all over. Ankles, late stage lumbar spinal stenosis. In my thumb and finger, both elbows and shoulders. I am racked with pain. I can't believe that Dr. Costa, was so mean. But it seems that most pain management Dr.s are switching from pain meds to shots.And the shots put me in a coma. Does anyone know of a pain medicine Dr. in the Erie, Franklin Penna. area.
