Chelsea,
I'm afraid MERSA is an extreamly difficult infection to treat and often takes weeks to clear up.Everyone is different but you probably won't feel considerably well for at least 5-7 days after your first dose. Make sure you complete all medications as directed by your doctor. Best wishes
Kenie

Yes, when it comes to MRSA, there is no way to give a definitive answer, it all depends on whether or not the infection responds to the antibiotic, and how severe the infection is overall.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

How are you doing, now? Has there been any change?
