Methadone is simply Methadone, there are no blockers, or anything else in it. It is an opiate that is commonly used to treat drug addiction and severe pain, so the FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation.
Adipex contains the active ingredient Phentermine, it is used to aid in weight loss and you should not take it, without your doctor's approval. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia and anorexia.

It was weird bc I was taking Adipex while I was at the methadone clinic and for five months it never affected my lab work which they do twice a month. I never told my doctor I was taking it and it never showed up so I figured it was fine. Then like six months later they pulled me in the office saying I failed for amphetamine. I was pissed bc in almost three years I had never failed and hadn't relapsed. They sent it for further testing and it was from the Adipex. They made me stop taking it bc they said I could become addicted to it and said next time they found it in my system I would lose my take homes.
