looking for dr to prescribe subutex to me while I am pregnate. I live in Wise Co. Virginia the doctor needs to accept va Medicaid.

Hello, Yossi! How are you?

It is unlikely that you will get an OB Gyn to prescribe it. You should just get yourself set up with one and then they will most likely refer you to someone else for the Subutex treatment.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Need sebutex dr in va. or tenn or even ky. i used to b on methadone maint but i kicked herion. then i had car accident and needed pain medds then i tried bpx but i.get sicker if i take that. i need a dr. and is it poss that my fam dr can write tec for me?

Yossi- Try Dr. Renfro Coeburn, Va or go to Suboxone.com as they have a list of all the doctors in the area. Even those who don't prescribe Subutex will to you because you are pregnant. I do know it's hard to quit but both box and tex cause withdraws to newborns. People think Subutex doesn't but it does, my friends baby was born addicted to Subutex. Good Luck

It is not unlikely.. I knew of 2 in Lex, KY alone who prescribe subutex to pregnant women!
