Verwon Says:

The only thing new that could be used for pain that I am finding listed by the FDA is a new formulation of Suboxone as an orally dissolvable film.

Do you remember any more details or where you read it?

I am sorry, but I cannot find anything else on it, I did a search for news and drug articles.

Do you remember any other details?

okay i found out the exalgo deal. it was okad by the fda on 3-1 2010. 24 hr realease hyromorphone hci, only intended for long term opoid users the fda is makins a bunch of rules for docs pharmacy and patient to read discuss lityerature ect who knows if or how long it will be or if anybody will want to go through a whole bunch of stuff it is like dilaudid on a push pull metode there is supposed to be continual realease of yhe opiate. 8mg 12mg and 16mg the directions are a little confusing for the titration but it is out just a matter of the steps distributors and everyone has to sign up for and next up is the subdermal under the skin deal, it is supposed to be cheaper that way and is already used in other countries found a few chat rooms too hofefull! cause i been through the mill and the oxycontin was the only thing that worked for me and i can't take it any more/ till i can go back to doc i tried the suggestions and not for any high the new extra ingrediates make me deathly sick there is two layers on the outside of this pill ops that is useless in my opinion any way at least if i take those off i dont have as sharp stmach pains. it's stll got pies woven through iy. but if you take you time and wet it in your mouth and peal pull away you can get it off i'm not saying that's what anybody else should do. all the baking and tat can work to an extent but who wantsto lose or waste a pill i am going to try to get my money back. there is a tiny pill underneath two thick layers. it still has placic in it but minmal, its the only way i can tolerate to stay outa withdrawls. these are not coming bak any time soon and any thing close to it is going too in my opinion sorry kids got into these things when i was a kid of the 60's all we mainly foolrd will was some mjane never got ino medicine cabinets i don,t understand that selling them either crazy to me anyway gotta find something i can afford for pain

i just started taking exalgo 12mg it seems to be working well on the pain with few side effects.I still take 2-3 oxycodone 30 mg ir day.i was taking 2 40 mg opana and 2-3 60 mg oxycontin daily.I was hard pressed to believe that any pill would last 24 hrs but so far it seems to be working well. The pharmacy had to special order the medicine so call ahead if you get a script as it is not very popular yet 4

the cost i cant help u with all i know is it was on the highest level of copay for my rx plan.it is similar to opana but at a steadier level the pills are like as hard as diamonds and have like 3 different coatings so for u hard core abusers out there dont think this is the answer to ops
