Have you discussed the issue with your doctor?

Inderal contains the active ingredient Propranolol, it is a beta blocker that is used to treat hypertension and some cardiac conditions.

Impotence and sexual dysfunction are well known side effects of most of these types of medications. If it is very severe, you should contact your doctor, because you may require a dosage adjustment or a switch to a different medication.

One medication you may want to ask your doctor about is Carvedilol, it's a similar medication, but is known to cause fewer side effects.
