If the dosage is the same, they are the same and neither would be stronger than the other, the only difference is the manufacturer.

APAP is just a medical term for Acetaminophen, which is used to enhance the effects of the narcotic Hydrocodone, these two ingredients are the active ingredients in Vicodin.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness.
