Hydroco Apap M357

Title Hydroco Apap M357. White pill and breaks in half. I am taking this medication for back pain. It causes constipation. What I want to know is how to treat and help eleminate the conspitation problem.

If you can tolerate it, drink a glass of prune juice, cranberry, pure apple juice, or cran-apple every morning, that's about the best I can tell you to do naturally, if you are really in a bind a dose of milk of magnesia works wonders!

Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen are the active ingredients in Vicodin and since the Hydrocodone is a narcotic analgesic, constipation is a normal side effect.

When I was on narcotics and suffered from problems with constipation from them, I found that taking a daily fiber supplement helped tremendously and it has the added bonus of being something your body needs, anyway, that doesn't interact with the medications.

There are various types available, you can buy it in a liquid form, like Metamucil and there are fiber drops from Fiber Choice that you just suck on like a piece of candy. They are actually the ones I found that helped me.
