How long before sex should the 50mg pill be taken? Is 50mg enough?

From what I can find Maxifort contains the active ingredient Sildenafil, commonly sold in the U.S. under the brand name Viagra.

It is used to help treat Erectile Dysfuntion.

50mgs is the standard starting dosage, if it doesn't work for you, please speak to your doctor as you may need a dosage adjustment or a different medication.

Usually, it should be taken half and hour to an hour, before sexual activity, but you should follow your doctor's prescribing instructions.
