Past 6months i have taken tuberculosis treatment nd from 22nd June 2014 i am not taking tablet becoz 6 months of treatment got completed, during my last blood test it was came to know i am anemic nd suffering from vitamin deficiency, so Dr itself suggested few vitamin tablets nd d-rise sachet.
Please suggest how to take d-rise either with milk or with water and before food or after food.( my age is 26 years and i am female )
Day by days loss of weight and loss of appetite. Fell more sleepy nd laziness to study nd to do work. Please suggest some remedies to overcome from all these stuffs.
Please help me i want my good health back.
