How To Clean System Of Methadone

I've been taking 55mgs of methadone for the past 7 months. Then it got to where i couldn't pay and had transportation problems. They financially detoxed me down 10 mgs a day from last Wednesday to Friday which left me on 25mgs. I couldn't get back to the clinic to finish my financial detox which would have only taken 2 more days. A friend gave me 20 mgs each day up until yesterday around 3:00 pm was my last dose. I'm feeling pretty bad right now. My plan is to start suboxone when all the methadone is out of my system. My question is how long do i have to wait to start my first dose of suboxone. I definitely don't want to take it too early and get thrown into bad withdraws. Help

Hello my name is Robert, I was on the liquid for almost three years, and course I found a doctor that have me the pull form which was the 40mg now no longer have but,got on the 10 mg for just one or two months. Dosed myself down from six to 8 a day to only three next day one for two day's then if you don't want to go that way, you only have to be two days or 48hours with no methadone then I started taking suboxen films.but please if your only serious about getting clean this is the most best and affective way? See I still went through small pain along with aches and pains like my arms back a little in legs but after two weeks I was feeling great!! Now I've been on the subutex With doesn't have The opiate blocker in it because the film's was giving me really bad headaches. So only people that areallergic or a pregnant women can get subutex ok.I REALLY HOPE THIS HELPS??? OH I STAYED ON THE SUBUTEX BECAUSE IT HELPS WITH ALL MY PAIN .IT'S YOUR CHOICE, ONLY YOU CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN OK.LAST THING,I'VE HAD A LOT OF FRIENDS AND PEOPLE TELL ME IT DOESN'T HELP ONLY BECAUSE THERE LOOKING FOR THAT HIGH??? IF THAT'S THE CASE? THEN I'D GET ON THE PULL FORM AND STAY ON THAT,BECAUSE THE LIQUID HAS A DETERIORATION OF YOUR BONE MARROW. It would be wise to be in full withdrawal and wait until all the Methadone is out of your system. The doctor also needs to factor in the new dose of Subs with your old dose of Methadone and withdrawal too. Still, don't be filled with fear. The Subs will fill the Mu endorphin sites and help ease you out of withdrawal. If you take the Subs too soon, your withdrawal will be worse. Hang in there, it's great you are trying. Much Peace.

Thanks for the reply. I was so miserable today i took one norco 10mg. Today is the 4th day off of methadone. Now since i took one norco can i still take suboxine today or will the norco mess me up by mixing one norco with any suboxine?

Hey do not take any Sub's until your completely in full withdrawal that's the main reason a lot of addicts don't go on them. Its hell being in full withdrawal. But there's a way to strip methadone from your system and make it twice as fast pink grapefruit juice lot of vitaim C but the grapefruits what you want it has an enzyme that forces more of the methadone into your blood stream hence get it out of your system faster. So it only takes a day in a half instead of three
