"Our drug ZADAXIN is currently approved in 33 countries worldwide. In the US, ZADAXIN is in the last phase (phase 3) of clinical trials for the treatment of HCV non-responders, and has not yet been approved by the FDA.

I got Adenocarinoma with mutinous features (none small cell lung cancer) again in May 2014 and take Xalkori currently. (I did surgeries, Chemo, radiations from 2006 to 2013.) Can I take Zadaxin and do I need to do some evaluation for qualifying? What is the benefit for my case? Where can I find this and at what cost? Thank you so much.

I would like to find out how to get zadaxin for my son who has cystic fibrosis. I have read it works well for the mutation. He is 32 and getting sick more frequently.

Sorry to hear about your son. This medication is readily available in China. It is too bad that distribution is limited or nonexistent in the US. If you can, I would try consulting with a doctor from a country where this is prescribed in treatments.
