Hello, Zima! How are you?

Ilvitrim is a broad spectrum antibiotic that is used to treat bacterial infections, so one doesn't have to be HIV positive to take it.

It should help and it would be best to give it to him, if the doctor has said he should take it. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

And no, Prelone is not an antibiotic.

Is there anything else I can help with?
